Sustane SAIB MCT is a blend of food grade medium chain triglycerides (MCT) and SAIB that pours readily at room temperature and increases the flavor stability and cloudy appearance of the beverage. It dissolves rapidly in many flavoring oils and solvents, is resistant to air oxidation, and will not discolor or develop off-flavors during long-term storage.
